Strategic Plan
The 2023-2026 Strategic Plan of the Junior League of Sarasota was approved by the Board of Directors in March 2023. This plan has been created to align seamlessly with our organizational mission and vision, serving as a strategic compass to guide our endeavors. It encapsulates our commitment to adaptability, innovation, and purposeful engagement, ensuring that we remain steadfast in our dedication to empowering women and effecting positive transformations in the communities we serve. Together, we look forward to embracing opportunities that lie ahead and furthering our mission with purpose and passion.
1) MEMBERSHIP ENGAGEMENT GOAL:
JLS will grow as a diverse organization of trained women who are engaged with our organization, educated for civic leadership, and connected to our mission and community.
2) COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT GOAL:
JLS will make a measurable and sustainable positive impact in our community by serving as agents of change through voluntarism, strengthened community alliances, and awareness of the JLS mission in the community.
3) ORGANIZATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY AND FINANCIAL GROWTH GOAL:
JLS will ensure long-term organizational stability and sustainability and effective community impact through responsible stewardship of funds and resources and modernized infrastructure.
